In the unfortunate event of an accident, please prioritize your safety and the safety of all passengers. Do not move the vehicle from the accident location unless instructed by a traffic officer or a Najm representative. We also recommend taking clear photographs of the scene and any visible damages for documentation purposes.

Please ensure that a copy of the vehicle registration (Istimara) and a copy of the vehicle insurance policy are available at the scene.

After obtaining the official accident report, kindly bring the vehicle along with the report to our branch for further assistance.
